MISSION STATEMENT:
"The righteous man cares for the life of his animal" Proverbs 12:10.
Sanctuary Animal Rescue is dedicated to creating the perfect match between owner and pet. We have available dogs, both small and large, puppies, cats and kittens. In addition, we aim to help control the overpopulation of cats and dogs and to decrease the number of unwanted animals in central Alabama. In essence we are finding caring homes for loving animals. If you are looking for a specific pet, we keep a current wish list, so let us help you find your dream pet!!!
The adoption fees are $55 for cats and kittens, between $75-150 for dogs and puppies. If a puppy or kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, you must pay an additional $50 spay/neuter fee that will be paid to the vet when the procedure is done.

Due to high volume of inflow/outflow, we don't always have a complete listing posted on this site of the animals in our care. If you would like to see our animals or find out if we have a certain breed, please email us or visit us at PetSmart in Alabaster every Saturday from 11:00am-3:30pm. The Petfinder site has more pictures posted of the animals and more accurate inventory of what we still have in the rescue that is available for adoption. If you are interested in adoption you must submit a Questionnaire posted above.
